Alexander Yaroshuk, the Chairman of the Belarusian Congress of Democratic Trade Unions (BKDP) told the naviny.media that the strike movement at Belarusian enterprises is making use of new methods.
According to his story, at some enterprises “sabotage and disregard of orders are taking place.” At the same time, Mr Yaroshuk claims that top managers of some enterprises, and not only workers, are also involved in protests.
“We have a lot of facts when at enterprises, including the major and strategic ones, the entire administration and engineering and technical staff are opposing the authorities,” the BKDP leader asserts.
All this will affect the country’s economy. “It’s easy to imagine the quality of the workflow we can talk about. There will no longer be a normal production process at enterprises. We can only guess to what extent the economy will be paralyzed, as it’s not in the best condition anyway,” Alexander Yaroshuk has concluded.
